Register your return
Exclusions :
Certain items, such as those purchased during a sale, are not eligible for return. However, they can be exchanged for a different size if available. Please be sure to carefully consider your order before purchasing.
Defective products or problems with orders must be reported to us via email for prompt assistance.
Items such as underwear, swimwear or personalized items are not eligible for return for hygiene or customization reasons unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt
What is the delivery time of my order?
We aim to ship your order within 1 business day. It is also possible to pick up your order in our store in Enkhuizen.
During the clearance sale, it is possible that your order may be delayed due to high demand. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for delivery during the clearance sale.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands is free from €50,-. For orders under €50,- we charge a contribution of €6.95. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via PostNL or Dhl, whichever you have chosen.
I want to exchange or return my order
At Gentlebrands you can exchange or return the items purchased online from us within 14 days, starting on the day of receipt. You can exchange or return the item in the original packaging and enclosed invoice/receipt.
You can easily register your return or exchange via our returns portal .
We only accept undamaged and unworn items (trying on is not included), provided with original tags and labels.
Please note: the risk and costs related to a return shipment are at your own expense.
We do not charge postage to resend your order to you if you wish to exchange an item.
Exchange/Return in our store
Products that you buy in our online shop can also be exchanged and/or returned in our store in Enkhuizen within 14 days. Our employees will be happy to help you choose a new or replacement item, or will work with you to find a suitable solution in the event of a complaint.
Refund
When we have received your return shipment, the amount due will be refunded to your bank or giro account within 10 working days. If you return items to our store, we ask you to fill out a return form. (It is not possible to receive the amount in cash in the stores; the amount due by us will be deposited into your bank/giro account, credit card or Paypal account within 10 working days.)
Cancel my order
If you want to cancel your order, we request that you contact us by phone as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel it.
